Purchasing a home at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, she learned firsthand how persistence and negotiating skills are essential when representing either buyers or sellers. She later purchased her first investment property, a duplex, that she has successfully staged and marketed as a 2-unit short-term rental property in Elmore, VT.

Previously, Helena was Marketing Director for a high-growth publisher. She grew up in Minnesota where she received her BA in Communications & Journalism and her Master’s in Strategic Communications Management.
